Candidate Privacy Policy
This policy covers jobs.fourdragons.com, where consultants join our bench and are put forward for ServiceNow roles. Please read it before you create a profile — it explains who we show your details to, which is the part that matters most.
The short version
- You give us your profile so we can put you forward for work. That is the whole purpose.
- We share your profile and resume with our clients and partners so they can consider you. That is how you get placed.
- You can ask us to delete your profile at any time, and we will.
- We do not sell your information.
What we collect
Your profile
What you enter when you register or update your profile, which may include your name, email address, phone number, country and location, work authorisation or visa status, the ServiceNow products you work with, certifications, years of experience, rate expectations, availability, your resume or CV, and your LinkedIn or portfolio links.
Automatically
Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the link that brought you here. We use this to understand which channels bring consultants to us and to keep the site secure.
Who we share your information with
The reason we hold your profile is to put you forward for roles. To do that, we share it with:
- Our clients and the companies that engage us, including ServiceNow and its partners, systems integrators such as IBM, and end customers, so they can decide whether to interview you
- Partner and referral agencies we work with to source and place consultants
- Background check providers, if you reach the stage where a check is needed, and only with your agreement at that point
- Our service providers, who host and run our systems on our behalf
We share your details to put you forward for a specific role, or because your profile matches what a client is looking for. We do not publish your profile openly, and we do not pass your details to unrelated companies for their own marketing.
If you would rather we checked with you before each submission, email us and we will note that on your record.

- Microsoft 365 — email and files
- Resend — sends the emails this platform generates
- HubSpot — tracks roles and submissions
- Google Analytics — site usage measurement, only if you accept analytics cookies
Why we are allowed to hold it
For candidates in the UK and EU, our lawful bases are:
- Legitimate interests — running a recruitment and consulting business, and matching consultants to roles. You can object at any time
- Consent — for analytics cookies, and for keeping you on the bench for future roles once a particular application has ended
- Taking steps at your request before entering a contract — where you have asked to be put forward
Cookies and tracking

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Analytics may still count as "sharing" under California law, so you can opt out using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically — if your browser sends it, you do not need to do anything else.
How long we keep your profile
- Active profiles: for as long as you want to be considered for roles
- Inactive profiles: reviewed after two years without contact, and deleted unless you tell us to keep you on the bench
- Placement records: up to seven years after an engagement ends, for tax, contract and audit purposes
- Resumes: deleted with your profile when you ask us to remove it
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can email us and ask to see, correct or delete your profile. We will not put you at a disadvantage for asking.
California: you may request access, deletion, correction, and details of what we have disclosed, and opt out of sale or sharing.
UK and EU: you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You may complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Canada: you may access your personal information and ask us to correct it, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
India and elsewhere: tell us what you want and we will deal with it under the law that applies to you.
Email ian.cox@fourdragons.com. We will normally respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can get at your information.
Automated decisions
We use software to help match profiles to roles, but a person always decides who gets put forward. No one is rejected by a machine alone.
International transfers
We are in the United States, and our clients and systems are mostly in the United States. If you apply from outside the US, your information will be transferred there, and may be seen by clients in other countries where a role is based. Where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Security
We use encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on our business accounts, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we share your profile, we will tell registered consultants directly.
