FourDragons is sourcing a ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant, 40 hours per week, longer-term engagement of 9+ months. Open to US and Canadian citizens only.
What we need:
• ServiceNow CSM certified (CIS-CSM).
• Hands-on build experience across at least 3 full CSM implementations.
• Strong configuration skills across case management, the CSM data model, Service Portal / Agent Workspace, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Strong articulation skills. You will be in front of the customer, not behind a ticket queue.
